About the program: This program is for intermediate and advanced lifters. With this program, you will receive a 12-week powerlifting program customized to your one-rep max goals for squat, bench, and deadlift. Additionally, you will receive powerlifting tips, training splits, and a diet program specific to powerlifting. As a natural raw powerlifter with personal records of 535 squat, 350 bench, and 557 deadlift, I am excited to share my knowledge and program with you while helping you on your journey to attacking new PRs!
